Menu:

Mixed greens salad

Pulled pork lettuce wrap or Portobello stuffed mushroom with onions, garlic, and peppers (vegan)

Goat cheese roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh herbs

Chopped butternut squash, roasted with brown sugar & Moroccan Harissa, topped with minced parsley & pomegranate seeds.
Bread roll and whipped butter

Dessert Trinity: Lemon and lime cheesecake bites & vegan brownie

 

Main Course: Unless vegan/vegetarian preferences are indicated, guests will be served pork lettuce wraps for their main entree.

About the Meal: Our food is fresh and sourced locally where possible. Silk Road Catering will provide preparation and service alongside our helpful volunteers. This is a three-course sit-down meal where service will be provided at your table with a family-style dessert.

Special Dietary Requirements: We will do our best to accommodate your dietary preferences and needs. We can offer vegetarian, vegan, no-dairy, and gluten-free needs. Please contact Stoney as soon as possible with any guest’s dietary requests. director@openairmt.org.

Beverages: Water, tea, and coffee will be complimentary. A cash bar with beer, wine (bottle or glass), and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

4-5:30 PM - GREETINGS & BUBBLES

5:30 PM - DINNER

6 PM - LIVE AUCTION

7-9 PM - LIVE MUSIC

 

Accepted method of payments: We will be able to accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

(For all other creative contributions, such as stocks, bitcoin, real estate, vehicles, bonds, or volunteerism, etc, please speak with Stoney or any Open AIR/WMCI board members.)

Your number: Your purchases and contributions throughout the night can be made by indicating your paddle number. From raffle tickets to beverages to auction items and more, these items will all be tallied at the end of the evening so you can conveniently check out just once.

Dress: Do dress in layers and wear your walking shoes so you can explore the land comfortably. Current forecasts call for the low 80s. Temperatures can drop as the sun goes down. Sunset for September 11th is 7:55 pm.

Accessibility: Though this event takes place on rugged land, some accommodations can be made to support individuals with disabilities. Please reach out to Stoney at director@openairmt.org to discuss how we can support you.

Covid: The event will take place outdoors, which significantly reduces the likelihood of COVID transmission. However, given that the majority of our guests will be traveling from Missoula, and Missoula County recently crossed the threshold of "substantial transmission" as defined by the CDC, we kindly ask all our guests to wear masks when gathered in groups and not eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. Disposable masks will be provided.
